I'm Marcela Crowe, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC, CPCC) with over a decade of experience in executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational transformation. I've coached leaders across 40+ Fortune 100/500 organizations in financial services, technology, government, health, and energy, including EY, PayPal, the International Monetary Fund, Willis Towers Watson, and Export Development Canada. I coach across leadership levels: SVPs, VPs, directors, managers, high-potential individual contributors, and values-driven private practice professionals.
